General Tours Rewards Terms and Conditions
General Tours Rewards are only available to U.S. travel professionals age 18 and over. You must be enrolled in the Rewards program
and have a valid ARC/IATA number to be eligible. One membership per individual. Corporations and other entities are not eligible.
Your membership is not transferable. Travel professionals may not enroll if doing so would violate their employer's policies.

All taxes on rewards received are your sole responsibility. No substitution of rewards is allowed. General Tours reserves the right
to terminate your enrollment, without notice, due to misrepresentation, improper or fraudulent actions on your part, or any conduct
detrimental to the interests of General Tours. Upon cancellation, any travel bookings reported will be forfeited. General Tours is
not responsible for errors including, without limitation, lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, incorrect or incomplete
communications, transmissions, or technical failures in connection with enrollments, bookings, inquiries, or any other type of
communication. In the case of any dispute regarding rewards or any other aspect of the General Tours Rewards program, General
Tours will make the final decision.
General Tours reserves the right to change, extend, or cancel the General Tours Rewards program at any time with or without notice,
even though changes may affect, without limitation, the reward structure and/or the value of the reward points already accumulated.
These terms and conditions, or any part of General Tours Rewards program, are subject to change or may be discontinued at any time
without notice at General Tours’ discretion.
